Adaptation Outline
One-on-one help with a scene-by-scene outline to chart your adaptation’s course before the writing begins
For those planning to write some or all of the adaptation themselves, TED’s Director of Development John Robert Marlow can help plan the story’s structure and sequence with a detailed outline of the screenplay before the writing begins. The finished outline then serves as a blueprint for the screenplay, making that first draft faster, smoother, and more on-point. (This outlining process can also be applied to novels, narrative nonfiction, and original screenplays and can also be useful when planning heavy revisions of existing works.)
$1,500 – $1,700 for up to 20 hours of feedback, brainstorming, and hands-on guidance.
