Welcome to our submissions guidelines, where you’ll find all the information you need to submit your manuscript and get our review of your material under way. We can accept manuscripts electronically or, depending on the service, in hard copy, and we have several convenient payment options.
Format Requirements
Double line-spacing
12-point font size
Courier, Times New Roman, or Arial font
Default margin settings, or a minimum of 1.25"
Page numbers included, particularly for book-length works
.doc, .docx or .rtf file format. For all other formats, contact the Tucson office.
Submitted as electronic attachment rather than on a storage device
Submitted as a single document rather than multiple chapters or chunks
No binding for hard copies
Please note that documents submitted which do not follow these guidelines will be subject to a formatting fee.
