Our Manuscript Marketing Services are available to all authors, regardless of whether or not the manuscript has been edited by TED. Query & Synopsis ConsultationWhile our full agent matchmaking program is open by invitation only to authors who have worked with TED to polish their manuscripts, our Query Consultation service is available to anyone preparing to approach literary agents on their own. Agent Matchmaking Program Director Karinya Funsett-Topping is available to read query letters or synopses and provide the authors with written feedback and suggestions for improvement. This is not a query-writing service but rather a way for writers to get professional feedback and advice on their submission material prior to sending it out to agents.
Pricing: $75 per hour. Turnaround time is typically less than one week.
Manuscript Marketing ResearchInterested in gathering information about literary agents and publishers who handle projects similar to yours? In need of comparable book sales information for your query package or book proposal? TED is pleased to offer targeted market research services that result in comprehensive, up-to-date reports on the market-related topics that pertain to your project. Pricing: $35 per hour. Turnaround time is typically less than one week.
