We can say what individual services cost, but it’s impossible to generalize sight unseen about what combination of services will be needed as work proceeds. Some projects may be only a draft away from completion; others may have even more potential but need considerably more work. One function of the preliminary evaluation is to assess the cost, extent, and nature of the work in store.
