In our first segment about TED client Taylor Brown, we reported that Taylor had placed as a finalist for the Montana Prize for Fiction.  We're very proud and excited to say that Taylor has since been named the winner of that prize.Taylor, who has been working steadily with editor Jesse Steele on his gorgeous, lyrical short stories, has also just placed second in the Press 53 Open Awards contest in the short fiction category for KINGDOM COME, which will be published in the Press 53 Open Awards Anthology out in October.  Taylor has also been invited to attend Press 53's anniversary festival this fall and read his story there, which he is thrilled to be doing.  
Jesse is delighted to be working with Taylor and genuinely impressed that someone so young has such skill and dedication to his craft and has developed his obvious raw talent so early in his process.  His understanding and willingness to work at his craft are admirable, and his dedication is clearly paying off.  Taylor is truly one to watch.
